My name is David Ward and I live in Northumberland.
I am now retired, but I’ve been a school teacher, minister and Executive Officer of a storytelling charity, among other things. For a while I was part of the leadership team of the Northumbria Community. I’m currently part of the Northumbrian Collective, with responsibility for administration.
I’m married with 5 adult children and (currently) 6 grandchildren.
Likes
Asian and French food, good coffee, the great outdoors, music, archaeology (particularly Prehistory and the Iron Age), history and art, Christian spirituality, philosophy, loyalty and creativity. I am an avid reader.
Dislikes
Legalism; tedious jobs; power freaks; disloyalty; cats (allergic!).
Best personal quality Loyalty.
Worst personal quality Lose interest in things very qui….!
Favourite animals Bearded collie; tiger.
